"Seeking an engaging experience for the lad who suggested Paintball as an outlet Saturday afternoon, I called the central enquiry number and spoke with Luis who explained that it would be fine for the two of us to play, but that the afternoon session had already started and it would not be possible to join a session midway. However, he said he would call the local venue and find out if there was a session we could join the next day. Luis called back, as promised once he had spoken to them, and confirmed we could join in, so we made the booking over the phone. I received email confirmations both after my initial call with Luis, and after the callback with the booking confirmation. I also received details about what to expect and how to prepare, which gave us peace of mind. The people running the Paintball session were all very welcoming and very accommodating, especially helping the lad who has autistic traits. The individual games were great fun and well supervised. The other players were all friendly and entered into the spirit. A throughly wonderful experience. Yes, paintballs do sting on contact but it’s all part of the exhilaration! Thank you to Luis for so patiently helping arrange it and the team at the Bristol area venue for equally patiently helping to make it such an enjoyable and memorable experience."

"Great fun day out. Wide variety of games from simple skirmishes to team missions. Large area of woodland with lots of pieces of cover including vehicles and even a aeroplane and parts dotted about. What I particularly liked was the option of half days or full days. Elsewhere local only does half days at similar cost. Been to other events but Bristol has been the best one yet. Will come again. "

"My team and I had a blast! We did the afternoon game. Plenty of paintball action to be had! We were pitted against a team of youngsters (we were mostly 40+), so as you can imagine, we performed shockingly bad, but enjoyed every second of it. Staff were helpful, friendly and sensible in their instructions. The camo overalls were a bit tight for my 40 something ample frame, but I managed :) Towards the end of the session, the headgear was beginning to get foggy which made it increasingly difficult to see, but it was a hot day and expected! For the afternoon session, between 4 of us, we bought a box of 2000 paintballs. Lasted us well, and we had almost a full bag left over, which we donated to another team, because our thighs were screaming, for the use-up games. We'll be going again!"

"We booked paintballing for my sons 11th birthday with 5 of his friends and their reaction and words said it all! Best day and best party they had ever been to. They were absolutely buzzing all day and after they got home. Staff were so helpful and friendly from the initial enquiry to booking and staff at the venue were amazing. "Really fun day, great areas and games planned. Directions were really clear from the marshalls and easy to follow for a first timer. We were part of a large group day with 80 in total. It did feel like the team was a little unbalanced and that we had many children on our team so had a disadvantage with all games. A rebalance at some point in the day would have been good. Never the less we had a really fun time and will be back again. "

"It was six of us and we have an absolutely amazing time. The games are super fun and the whole course is brilliant with real war like forest terrain and props. There are tanks, army jeeps, trucks and there is even a real fighter jet in one of the games. We are looking at going again for sure. "

"Had a lovely full day of paintballing yesterday with the family as a group of 6 to celebrate two recent birthdays. The day was well organised so that people there all day didn’t have to repeat the same games from the morning when the afternoon people arrived. The marshalls were very friendly and helpful during the day and made it very enjoyable. Another group of adults were playing very unfair and harshly considering there were also a few younger children but the marshalls done a good job at giving them a chance before sending them home due to dangerous and unfair play. I have only given 4 stars as it was a very expensive day due to paintballs costing so much - they do not need to be so expensive as it would encourage people to buy more paintballs for the day if they were a little cheaper and therefore actually make more money. Overall it was a very enjoyable fun day out ran well by the team and all of us as first time paintballers had an amazing day! "

"It was a really fun day. The facilities like the toilets needed a good clean. Looks like haven't been cleaned in a while. Staff was great. Got everyone involved in the day. Made sure you was explained in great detail all health and safety and why it was important also how the games worked. A lotof fun for everyone to do"

"They couldn't have done anything better for us - As a corporate group we weren't sure what to expect but they worked around us which was amazing - we managed to fit in a large number of games and had an amazing time doing so. "I loved the day out. The food was superb and the experience was thrilling. Paint balling is so much fun, hiding behind trees, ducking under vechiles and planes. Every staff there is so nice and is willing to give you help with anything. It is my favourite thing to do and coming home with bruises makes its more fun "

"It was very well organised and the play areas were really fun. I liked it with all the cars, helicopter, jet and running around in the woods ducking behind trees. The experience was incredible. I enjoyed it very much. The chicken, beans and chips that I had were delicious."

"We had a great day! The staff were excellent. They were organised, professional, set us great challenges and ran the day in a fun but safe way. The venue was really well suited to the activity. The woodland setting made the games more interesting and challenging. The only criticism I would offer is that of cost. The initial price isn’t a problem. However, in order to really enjoy a full day the cost of extra paint is really quite high and puts me off booking on a more regular basis. I feel that better offers on the paint itself would encourage people like myself to do this several times a year as I really enjoyed it. As it stands it ends up a really pricey day out. Thanks again for a really good experience. "

"What a great day. The staff from start to finish were perfect hosts. The format of the various game zones in competitive and there can be a lot of running around, if you choose to do so but there are also some great hide outs. The price is competitive with other paintball sites up and down the UK. The referees are fair and give clear instructions throughout the whole day. A whole day is tiring but will definently be returning. Well done UKPaintball you excelled yourselves, many thanks for a great experience."

"The staff were really friendly and helpful, and near the end of the day one of the marshals let my friends and I go out by ourselves and do a use up round as we had to leave early. Great maps, very authentic and the games were a good laugh, especially the ones where the attacking team has to capture a location like the bridge or the fort. It was a great day out, I'll definitely be returning!"
