Bridgend

Bridgend is littered with plenty of historical attractions which offer some great days out and some spectacular views. Explore the ruins of Ogmore castle, which is situated on the River Ogmore. Or there is also Coity Castle, which is also great to imagine how life used to be. Visit Dunraven Bay for some great sea views, with plenty of cliffs and rock pools to go adventuring around. Or if none of those take your fancy, there is a paintball site at Cowbridge, so not far at all from Bridgend. 

Paintball is a great sport for teams to compete in a fun and safe environment. It's great for venturing out into the woodland, and getting your adrenaline pumping. Keep your wits about you, as the enemy will always be on the look out for their next target. So make sure that you manage to cover them in paintballs before they get the chance to do the same to you.
