Half Day Terms and Conditions

All bookings must be paid for in advance by our online booking service or via our booking line telephone number.

All bookings within 7 days of game date are strictly non-refundable.

Most of our centres have insurance from 11 or 12 years of age (please check your designated venue page for the minimum age).  Where more than half of the group are under the age of 15 they must book on as a junior groupAll bookings outside of this period are subject to a 50% refund upon cancellation.

Our 100% money back guarantee is only offered to bookings that are booked at least 14 days in advance and are cancelled within 24 hours of that booking being made.

All cancellations must be made via email to avoid any time discrepancies.

UKPaintball reserve the right to cancel your booking without prior notice. In the event of cancellation on our behalf, an alternative date, venue or full refund will be offered. If your event is cancelled by us due to severe weather a refund will not be offered as this is out of our control.

If you wish to cancel or change the date of your event we must have 20 days notice. If a change of date is requested by the client then an administration fee of £20 will be charged.

In the event that your venue of choice is fully booked, an alternative venue will be offered to you.

Players must adhere to rules and regulations at all our venues on the day of their event. Players should remain courteous to staff and game marshals at all times. Failure to do so may lead to you being asked to leave the site without a refund. Players must arrive on site at the specified start time on your confirmation. Players must be present for the safety briefing. Failure to attend the safety briefing can lead to your event being cancelled and no refund or amendment will be offered.

Your booking is not confirmed until you have received an e-mail confirmation or written confirmation. On receipt of your confirmation you must check that all the details are correct, as amendments may not be possible at a later date. You will be required to take a copy of either of these on the day as proof of your booking. Players that fail to turn up on the day of their event forfeit their deposit.

Paintballs can only be purchased on site and you are not permitted to bring your own. Paintball prices are subject to change.

UKPaintball reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time, without warning.

Whilst we take great care in choosing venues for you, UKPaintball act as a booking agent and therefore are not responsible for the running, maintenance and equipment on the affiliated paintball parks. UKPaintball are not liable for any claims against injury or loss of property on site.
