"we have been to a few sites now, facility wise and set up wise it was the best, The staff were very attentive to the kids and advising adults waiting where they could watch some games from and added some humour during the day as well, a nice touch was they called out for anyone present who's birthday it was to stand at the front and get a song and surprise, nice gestures indeed. we will definitely return. only not given a 5 star as parents waiting are a bit limited with food and drink, I.e crisps/chocolate tea and coffee but its still better than all the previous ones."

"We booked through UKpaintball for our son's 12th birthday. He took 3 friends with him. The price was reasonable and they had a fantastic time. The venue was great and very well organised. Everything was explained clearly and the staff onsite were all so polite and accomodating. Nothing was too much trouble. There was ample play time and free tea and coffee on site. Plenty of viewing spots for those not playing. Toilets and other facilities were all clean. We would definitely recommend and would book again."

"First time playing paintball for my son and his mate (both 13). The rain was biblical all day, thank you British weather! They loved their day and we will be returning. We felt the day was run extremely well with helpful staff who obviously enjoy what they do. Just to make it even better and in no way a criticism, it would be really helpful for first time visitors like us to be able to read a run through of what happens on the day on the website when you book. We followed whatever others were doing and asked questions of the staff, who were great, throughout the day. We would have eaten at the canteen if we realised we could and what the ticket system was for, another lady who had booked her party had packed a lunch for everyone and would have eaten there too. It would also have been great to buy a T Shirt there with your logo on as well as hoodies. Thanks again for a great day. "

"Overall we would give the day 4 stars ! The place was well organised and clear with instructions, staff were helpful and accommodating too! Our party were well looked after and when we asked to change equipment - nothing was too much trouble ( not faulty equipment but one of our party is quite tall and needed less typically sized equipment) . What would make things better is if the staff were given some sort of microphone as the place gets very loud at points and you couldn’t always hear the instructions between games . "

"A fantastic day spent with my wife as an anniversary present to her! The team were great. The safety briefing was like no other I have had for a days paint balling. Very thorough and strict. Free teas and coffee throughout the day helped to keep us warm during breaks between games. I did have one malfunction with my marker during one game, however this was quickly rectified by a Marshall and I was back in the game. The game play scenarios were really good. The area of play too was very good, providing enough cover when needed but kept the games very competitive at the same time. We most definately recommend this place and will go again in future."

"Booked for my son’s 13 birthday party was amazing surpassed my expectations. From the moment we arrived until departure everything was well organised, clear and informative. There were well over 100 playing, this just added to the fun. The Marshalls were always available for questions or help. I was worried about the children playing with adults but this was not a problem at all. The junior package we brought worked out really well. We did buy more paintballs but you didn’t have too. The whole site is themed my son loved it. Could not have done anything more perfect for a 13th birthday. "

Nothing was too much for any member of staff, there is no way myself and partner felt as though it was our first time with you guys. You made us fell like part of your team! As I’m writing this - I cannot remember the name of the 2 marshals taking care of us! So whoever was with the RED team, thank you! The toilets were clean and always had tissue/soap/ face wipes. The food was great as well, good selection of burgers and jacket potato, chips. We truly loved every second of the day and will definitely back! Thank you for a day to remember. "

"The day was absolutely brilliant, all the Marshalls were great fun and explained everything very well. The different arenas and games were amazing. We only planed to stay for a half-day but we ended up staying for the whole day- and I’m glad we did! The final game was the best. Will definitely be returning! "All 28 of the boys (and adults) had a great time at Thetford. Staff were excellent and enthusiastic, safety measures were top notch (despite a few bruises) and the equipment was excellent. The instructors understood that we were a bit time limited due to parent pick-up etc and they were able to tailor the session to suit our needs. "A M A Z I N G We visited this venue with real hopes that we could give our Son the best 13th celebration; along with his friends who had all turned 13! Without doubt this has been ‘the best’ birthday yet! On arrival we received clear communication on where to park and how to keep safe and stay safe in this current climate. Start of day / activity was well organised with kit and safety briefing. The venue itself was ‘epic’ and what a layout! I felt like I was on a well thought out, user friendly, army base camp! It certainly flicked a switch inside and provided a taster of what joining the service might feel like! Lots of space and coverings to reflect about tactical games play, warm food and separate toilet facilities. Memorabilia that isn’t tacky! Games play.... there were lots of groups enjoying the facility; logistically you wouldn’t know this. Groups were managed in a way that ensured minimal overlaps. There are so many different game zones to enjoy. Health and safety: I was worried like any parent - I too had those questions: will it be safe, will my Son get hurt, will he be with men rather than people more senior? DO NOT WORRY! The team manage people, place and experience with precision! I am an Ex Head of PE .... I am a perfectionist but this place was flawless! Allie and Pierre were two of the kindest people we’ve met for a long time - the place draws you back and needless to say I will be rebooking within the next month! Well played, clean sheet and full marks from us! "

"Our experience was for a small birthday party for a 14-year-old. Once we arrived everything exceeded our expectations. We were met as we parked, were escorted to the site, given a table, safety briefing, kit to wear and finally our markers. At every step we were guided and throughout the day friendly staff would come and see if we were enjoying ourselves. We got to play four different games which varied in content allowing both attack and defence strategies to be explored. Very kindly tea/coffee and burger/hot dog lunch were provided free of charge. At no time were we rushed and our session did not end until nearly 4 p.m. (much longer than expected). Everybody enjoyed themselves and wanted to go again. As to cost I would say this ... obviously the profit is made from the sale of add-on paintballs and other items. Our group used on average 600 paintballs per person. Taking this into consideration I can say that this is a good value for money day out - the point being that unlike say go-karting which costs approximately the same money but last a couple of hours, this was a full day from 10am to 4pm. I would personally recommend it as a different type of day out, and wish to thank all the staff for making my son's birthday so special."

My only comment would be the road down to the centre needs some repair work, but that is a minor inconvenience that didn't spoil our day. Thank you very, very much - we will be back!"

"Brilliant day out! Place is amazing with fantastic facilities and in a beautiful spot. Great if you want to just spectate too as good viewing spots and plenty of tea and coffee to keep you warm.
