"The team at UK paintball did an amazing job at organising a fun day out for a close friend. They were responsive when it came to emails to arrange the booking. On the day, they provided a helpful health and safety talk to ensure everyone acted appropriately with the markers. The only room for improvement would be if there was some way we could have a scoreboard to know how many kills etc we got or a way to capture some footage from the day. "

"Went there for half day on Sat Jan the 20th. It was a bit chaotic as there were a lot of people there. On the whole it was fun and staff were friendly. "

All the staff were amazing, whenever we needed something they were incredibly helpful! The different grounds we played on where challenging as anyone could be hidden anywhere but it was such a cool experience!!"

"Eight boys 13-14 years old-had the best time! We were all running late because of terrible traffic, but I phoned ahead and was greeted with helpful assistance and assurance that the day was not gong to be a disaster. The boys came out muddy, but smiling widely, having had a great time. "

"I booked this for my sons 11th Birthday. Was well organised event - kids had a fab time, I would recommend they up the amount of paintballs given per game on top of the price for the package I wasn’t prepared to pay for extra paintballs-and some kids run out quickly. Fun day had by all."

"6 12yr old and 2 adults played for our son's birthday, they all had a really good time... They had a great day! All the staff seemed nice and helpful when needed. Everything just runs really smooth. Highly recommended for a party idea, would say for 11 yrs up... and the two adults love it! 300 paintball package is good amount. We had 2 trigger happy boys, so had to buy a couple more bottles but that's fine you can do that as and when you need them. "

"We had half a day at Watford for 10 players for my sons birthday we all had an amazing time. The game was explained fully to us and how to use the markers safely, we were all first time players but really enjoyed it and will be coming back. We would have all liked to be on the same side."

"They had a brilliant time. I brought this as Christmas presents for my grandson and son and they were both really happy with the experience and would definitely want to do it again. When I booked, I got a call straight away as I had booked them on the morning session and there wasn’t any children in the morning session. They asked if I wanted to move them to the afternoon session which I did as my grandson is only 10 and I’m so glad they actually thought about there guests and how much fun they would have as my grandson probably wouldn’t have enjoyed it as much if it was all adults. "Our first time paintballing, and the guys at the venue made it a great day! They were very professional, and super helpful! My kids were having trouble with the weight of the markers, so the guys swapped out their gas canisters for smaller ones so they could carry them more easily. Also, at the end one of the markersthat someone else had used still had a load of paintballs in, but they let my youngest finish it off on the shooting range! The venue itself was great, with good variety in the arenas and game types. The equipment was all top notch, too. All in all, we had a brilliant day, and will certainly be going again!"

There are 2 issues which would improve customer service and that is new paintballing uniforms and improvements to the toilet facilities with running hot and cold water. "

"The morning was well organised, two of the instructors were great, helping with tactical planning and fair play. The areas of play were varied and interesting. The afternoon was busier and we ended up waiting around a bit as it wasn't as well organised. There was no food on site and we had to ask about getting food. You can easily get through over 500 paint balls and this can really add up so be prepaid to spend some serious cash! All in all a fun day!"

The hosts made sure that, on the hottest day of the year, the participants had regular breaks and plenty of water to drink. The briefing was detailed and everyone knew just what to do. When war broke out, the discipline of the opposing armies was excellent. That’s good training! The most wonderful day. Thank you. "

"This was a gift that I bought for my fiancé and his friends and they loved it! They all said they’d do it again without a doubt. One other extra thing they mentioned was the food they ordered within the day facility, they paid £15 for a pizza and it turned out to be absolutely massive - They were very impressed. I’m thinking about booking it again for them all, they’d love to go back!! Well worth the money. "

"I took my English family there for a good day out. To be honest, not everyone was thrilled with the idea at first. But after the full day game was over, I must say we will go back there again - we were loving it. We had so much fun, laughed so much and made good memory together. The staff were all friendly and funny. The games were brilliant. If you haven't tried paintball, you wouldn't be disappointed."

"UK Paintball were extremely helpful when I updated my booking. The paintball site at Watford is excellent, although looking a bit shabby., nevertheless everything there is very well organised. The staff there are extremely helpful and the marshalls are excellent - making sure everyone has a great time but safely. Plenty of sessions were fitted in and the party we took were extremely happy with their bruises. On arrival you can order pizza for delivery from a local firm, otherwise take a picnic. It's a good idea to take gloves for hand protection/warmth, especially in the winter especially cold hands hurt more if they get hit by a paintball. I would definitely recommend the Watford venue and we will be planning another trip for sure. "

The rep in the shop was fantastic for he guided them by advising to have 200 pellets for the first game, then 100 pellets for the second game and then 100 pellets for the last game. This meant that the children had enough pellets to enjoy the session rather than waste all in the first game. I would certainly recommend. "
